Terms and Conditions of Quote and Installation

Advanced Blinds and Flooring

1. Acceptance of Quote

• All quotes issued by Advanced Blinds and Flooring (“the Company”) are valid for 10 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• Acceptance of a quote must be confirmed in writing (email or signed document).
• Upon acceptance, these Terms and Conditions become legally binding between the Client and the Company.

2. Deposit and Payment Terms

• An 80% deposit of the total quoted amount is strictly required upon acceptance of the quote.
• No materials will be ordered, and no installation will be scheduled until the deposit has been received and cleared in the Company’s account.
• The remaining 20% balance is payable as full and final settlement immediately upon completion of installation.
• Payment must be made via electronic transfer or other approved methods. Proof of payment must be supplied to the Company.

3. Installation and Completion

• The Company will provide an estimated installation date upon receipt of the deposit.
• Installation timelines are subject to availability of materials and site readiness.
• Completion is deemed achieved once the agreed products have been installed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the accepted quote.

4. Ownership and Risk

• All products remain the property of the Company until full and final payment has been received.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon completion of installation.

5. Variations and Additional Work

• Any variations or additional work requested by the Client after acceptance of the quote will be subject to a separate written agreement and may incur additional charges.
• Such charges must be settled in full before additional work commences.

6. Cancellation Policy

• If the Client cancels after acceptance of the quote and payment of the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel the agreement if the Client fails to make payment as required, or if site conditions are unsuitable for installation.

7. Warranty

• The Company provides a standard warranty on products and workmanship as specified in the quote.
• Warranty claims are subject to proper use and maintenance of the installed products.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with South African legal procedures.
